About the Role

Assist and support the development of fund strategies of Pension and Unit-Linked product platforms. Lead and implement the fund monitoring of pension scheme through the cooperation and negotiation with different internal stakeholders and external investment managers.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead and cooperate with Life & Wealth Management Proposition and/or Corporate Solutions to support the growth of business.Lead and supervise the selection, review and monitoring of funds for Unit-Linked and/or Pension platforms.Negotiate and communicate with regulators on related projects and tasks.Overseas relationships with investment managers including due diligence of funds and fund houses, fees and contracts negotiation, sales and marketing promotions.Chair related internal regulatory meetings and supervise the completion of regulatory reports and product proposalsPerform other responsibilities and duties assigned by the department head to achieve overall business objectives, i.e. sales targets and other KPIs

Minimum Job Requirements:

University graduate in Business, Finance and/or related discipline with a minimum 10 years’ experience of which 5-6 yeas in supervisory/managerial positionsStrong team building and presentation skillsSound knowledge on Hong Kong pension products and mutual fund productsSpoken and written fluency in Cantonese and English, Mandarin is preferablySelf-motivated and ability to work under pressurePreferably IIQE (paper 1,3 & 4) licensed
