Accountabilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for managing production operations, with an emphasis on quality, safety, and delivery of biologics to supply plan. You will manage department budgets, investigate and resolve problems, identify and implement process improvements, and manage the training and development of personnel. You will also be responsible for interfacing and relationship development with support departments (QC, QA, Facilities, Development, etc) to assure production goals are met.

Required skills/experience:

- Minimum BS/BA degree required in biological sciences or biotechnology/life sciences

- 10-12 years of work experience in pilot or commercial biologics manufacture under cGMP.

- Minimum 5 years prior supervisory or management experience for Manager
- Minimum 7 years prior experience or management experience fo Senior Manufacturing Manager.

Desirable Skills/Experience:
- appropriate experience in pilot or commercial biologics manufacture under cGMP.
