Job Responsibilities :

Razer is looking for a talented marketing professional to be part of a fast-paced and highly impactful team. The Associate Director, Marketing is responsible for managing the Go-To-Market process for the Americas regions working with the global marketing team, business units, creative team, sales team, and finance.   

Duties & Responsibilities:

Drive the Go-To-Market process for Marketing in the region.

Deliver a 360-degree comprehensive sustained marketing plan and execution to impact sales and market share objectives.

Bring thought leadership to the Americas marketing team to deliver breakthrough marketing plans and execution leveraging regional and global marketing resources.

Lead quarterly planning process ensuring alignment with key functional stakeholders.

Partner with Business Units to execute campaigns managing from strategy to launch.

Manage a process from briefing to execution by connecting teams and making sure information flows between stakeholders including digital marketing, PR, channel marketing, events, and partnerships.

Manage marketing budget process from planning to monthly closuring with Finance.

Manage KPI and develop reporting that communicates marketing results.

Identify opportunities to drive product growth and user engagement.

Review business analytics to support recommendations on strategy and investment.

Conduct competitive product and marketing analysis.

Pre-Requisites :

Qualifications:

5 years+ in a gaming marketing or consumer marketing

Gaming Industry Experience a plus

Track record of successfully executing go-to-market plans

Strong communication and team collaboration skill

Salary Ranges (per annum):

$110,169.00 - $183,615.00
