The Associate Director, HCP Marketing, Oncology is responsible for the tactical execution of HCP personal promotional deliverables required to drive the overall U.S. HCP strategy for the NSCLC indication.
This position will report directly into the Sr. Director, US HCP Marketing. The Associate Director, HCP Personal Promotional Lead, Oncology will work collaboratively across the Franchise Team, internal cross-functional colleagues, and external agency partners to ensure alignment and drive optimal integration and execution of personal initiatives, while leading pull through of executed non-personal initiatives.
A Typical Day May Include The Following:
Contribute to the creation and implementation of US HCP marketing strategy, messaging, and tactics.
Lead the development and execution of innovative HCP tactics and initiatives to support patient initiation, patient management and create brand loyalty.
Identify appropriate key performance indicators for HCP engagement, and measure & monitor performance analysis.
Works with NPP and Media Plan POC and oversees pull through of materials, aligning to brand strategy
Lead review and approval of HCP materials through promotional review committee approval.
Develop comprehensive plans for Plan of Action meetings (POA) including POA direction, training, and live meeting presentations.
Point of contact for field force communication and feedback
Partner with training to develop field force training on HCP materials to ensure proper execution
Developing and maintaining strong collaborative relationships with cross functional areas and internal strategic partners (i.e., Field Sales, Training, Promotional Review Committee, Medical, Regulatory, Clinical, Legal, Compliance, Market Access etc.)
Managing agency partners, project timelines and budgets, to include forecasting, and phasing across the brand team
Provides input into annual strategic and tactical planning processes and represents function in relevant Brand Team Meetings
Provides input to HCP Lead by identifying trends, defining success metrics, and analyzing performance of marketing programs on an ongoing basis
Responsible for the inventory management of promotional materials
Act as RC Captain, representing the Lung marketing team who is responsible for prioritizing jobs and is the liaison to report back to the team on any relevant changes and/or updates

Strong project and process management skills with high attention to detail, along with the ability to work on multiple tasks and effectively prioritize
Strong interpersonal skills demonstrating emotional intelligence, both internally & externally
Proven team player with ability to navigate cross functionally
To be considered for this opportunity, you must have 10+ years of related progressive pharmaceutical industry or relevant professional experience; 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech marketing, product management, or related/relevant professional experience. HCP promotional competency highly preferred. Oncology experience a plus with high scientific learning agility. Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred. Must be willing to travel up to 25-30% (including weekend travel as needed).
