**Job Location:** 384 Northyards Blvd, Ste 300, Atlanta, Georgia, 30313. Required to work from Company Office in Atlanta, GA certain days per week. Telecommuting allowed for balance of week.

**Responsibilities**
**Duties:** Analyze and coordinate the schedule, timeline, procurement, staffing, and budget of a product or service on a per project basis. Lead and mentor a distributed team of Lead and Senior Developers, and QA Engineers across multiple locations, including onshore, nearshore, and offshore. Drive the establishment and adoption of best practices, policies, and processes throughout the Development & QA Lifecycle. Architect and implement robust email programs within various ESP tools. Collaborate with Product Management and Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure timely delivery of cross-functional projects. Promote and advocate for engineering best practices that are agile yet focused on delivery and quality. Encourage innovation and continuous improvement while driving departmental excellence. Offer accurate effort estimates and manage prioritization effectively. Provide cross-functional leadership to promote excellence in people, processes, and products. Evaluate and mitigate risks associated with changes to existing systems.
**Qualifications**
**Requirements:** Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in or Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field and three years of experience in the job offered or three years of experience in any occupation in which the required skills were gained. **In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, the employer will accept three additional years of experience in the job offered or three additional years of experience in any occupation in which the required experience was gained.***
Position requires one year of experience in the following:
1) Implementing and managing marketing campaigns using Adobe Campaign or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
2) Creating sophisticated personalization rules, conditional logic, and custom functions for email content with Responsys Personalization Language (RPL).
3) Creating tailored content as well as developing dynamic content within email templates with Oracle Personalization Language (OPL)
4) Developing customized components, templates, and experience fragments for clients using Adobe Experience Manager
5) Creating interactive, responsive, visually appealing, and highly functioning landing pages with JavaScript
6) Segmenting, personalizing, automating, and reporting in various email service providers using SQL.
7) Troubleshooting, finding solutions, and setting standards to prevent issues in the server using Git (Version Control System).
8) Developing personalized and targeted campaigns, managing consumer data, and creating engaging content with Hubspot and Mailchimp.
9) Developing comprehensive documentation for all stages of development, ensuring regular updates and accessibility to team members.
10) Leading initiatives to improve efficiency and quality throughout the development lifecycle, adjusting processes to align with organizational goals.
11) Conducting training sessions and promote collaboration to facilitate continuous learning and adherence to established standards across teams.
12) Utilizing comprehensive knowledge to troubleshoot issues and ensure optimal email delivery across various clients, maintaining consistency and quality.
Required to work from Company Office in Atlanta, GA certain days per week. Telecommuting allowed for balance of week.
