Associate Director, Media Investment

This role works with a myriad of cross functional disciplines to include Strategy, Performance Analytics, and other teams to support and achieve client's business objectives. The AD will oversee the total execution of media campaigns from investment planning through activation and assisting in reporting deliverables. This person is focused on how to translate media strategies into tactical media plans to deliver on campaign goals. This role continually evaluates and improves upon media processes and opportunities and is a partner to the Client Service and Project Management functions to support internal and client facing discussions. **Responsibilities** + Oversee the coordination and execution of paid video and display media. Work closely with creative, ad ops, and data to deliver complex, large-scale media campaigns. + Work with VP to review client deliverables for quality, ensuring that recommendations and work product are accurate and on strategy. + Serve as the client point of contact for Digital Direct and Programmatic channels. + Lead the execution of display and video media plans; provide analysis when necessary; help interpret campaign results and analysis. + Ultimate responsibility for delivering the highest quality, flawlessly executed campaigns. + Support media strategy development and associated measurement and ad ops plans. + Support in the delivery of media tacticals and POV’s, coordinating with necessary teams to account for all relevant inputs, as well as oversee the translation of the investment strategy across activations. + Serve as primary day-to-day internal contact for operational elements of a campaigns. + Work with project management and client service to support internal investment teams and deliver on client requests. **Qualifications** + 5-7+ years of cross-channel media management experience, preferably within an agency environment + Digital Direct and Programmatic experience, including understanding of multiple DSPs + Analytical thinking skills + Excellent communication and writing skills + Strong project and time management skills + Solid managerial skills + Proficiency in Microsoft Office solutions, specifically Excel and PPT **Additional information** Starcom is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Compensation Range: $95,950 - $150,995 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
