The new Go-to-Market Capabilities (GTMC) organization is designed to drive best-in-class capabilities across the board, to bring value and excellence in Sanofi’s commercial operations across its global organization and in local markets. This will be achieved through process and tool standardization, the removal of barriers between business units, and reduction in capability duplication.
The North America Go-To-Market Capabilities Omnichannel team (NA GTMC OC) will support Sanofi’s North American brand marketing teams to execute meaningful, customer centric, agile marketing across all of Sanofi’s channels. The team includes end-to-end campaign management capabilities, channel experts, day-to-day operations leads, and a transformation function responsible for the organization and delivery of continuous improvement to marketing operations processes.

The NA Omnichannel Digital Analytics Lead role is for monitoring, analyzing, and communicating overall digital channel performance in North America, providing timely, actionable insight to digital and other omnichannel colleagues on the performance of campaigns, and identifying opportunities to enhance campaign effectiveness and channel performance.
Core responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Conduct data analytics to help web colleagues understand the current performance of Sanofi’s web assets, including the 200+ US websitesDesign, implement, and report on testing initiatives, identifying key insights to improve marketing through Sanofi’s digital channelsUse appropriate analytical methods and models to drill down into web performance, providing key stakeholders with digestible, actionable insight on campaign performance, overall channel performance, and customer behavior on Sanofi’s websitesAdvise on web and digital channel performance, helping articulate requirements to partners in the Digital organization for further improvements to Sanofi’s web infrastructureSupport the gathering and reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs), and conducting analysis to support web colleagues in identifying opportunities for performance improvementSupport the onboarding and upskilling of North America and offshore colleaguesCollaborate with Global, Brand, Digital, and other counterparts as necessary to deliver on responsibilitiesCollaborate proactively with GTMC OC and other colleagues on improvements to day-to-day marketing operations processesContribute to knowledge sharing and upskilling programsSupport the delivery of key transformation programsDrive excellent working relationships with agency and vendor partnersDrive cultural change through the championing of an agile, customer-oriented mindsetSkills:
Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Predictive Modelling, and other analytical techniques in a pharmaceutical marketing contextMaintenance of a large portfolio of web assets, preferably in a multi brand pharmaceutical environmentFamiliarity with current relevant regulations, how these impact web marketing strategies, and maintaining awareness of any relevant evolution in the regulatory landscapeDeep knowledge and understanding of omnichannel marketing principlesUnderstanding of general marketing tactics, processes, and requirements for execution of tacticsStrong project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-priority environmentExcellent influencing skills, with a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a variety of internal and external stakeholders in a large organizationExcellent verbal and written communication skillsCollaborative, high energy team playerAbility to participate in vendor procurement, selection, contract management, and other processes, achieving excellent value for money for SanofiWork Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, or equivalent experience7+ years of experience of conducting data analytics using multiple programming languages (R, SAS, Python…)Proven experience scoping, conducting, and synthesizing analysis for senior, non-technical leadershipExperience working in matrixed teams, collaborating cross-functionallyExperience in working in a regulated industry, pharmaceuticaPursue progress, discover extraordinaryBetter is out there.
