**Job Description:**
Develops and implements reimbursement strategies and programs and provides reimbursement-related advice to product development, marketing, sales, quality and regulatory affairs, and business leaders. Conducts economic research studies that provide economic perspective for product portfolio decisions, marketing, product reimbursement strategies and regulatory agency submissions.
**Job Requirements:**
Bachelor’s degree or above in medical, public health, business administration, or related fields;
At least 10 years of work experience, with at least 5 years in market access for the medical device or pharmaceutical industry;
Familiar with national and local medical insurance policies, with relevant regional medical insurance and drug supervision resources;
Strong negotiation and market pricing skills, capable of aligning company strategic development with government policies;
Proactive, strong execution, with excellent interpersonal skills, cross-departmental communication skills, and project management abilities.
