Position Summary
Marketing Lead of Obexelimb Marketing is a core member of the Obexelimab brand team, responsible for developing launch strategies/ marketing strategies for both HCPs and patients and ensuring tactical execution to achieve brand objectives for Obexelimab.
The Marketing Lead owns the end-to-end HCP and patient journey and strategy that ladders into overarching brand strategy. This individual maintains a deep understanding of customer needs and leverages insights and analytics to build an omnichannel strategy. The Marketing Lead collaborates closely with cross-functional leaders (Medical, Access, BI&A) to ensure strong strategic planning and execution.
Additionally, as this asset is the company’s first APAC-only asset, the Marketing Lead is to assume the role of a WW Brand Marketing Lead, working closely with the alliance company to develop an aligned brand strategy and support other APAC countries in making business decision and developing strategies
This individual reports to the Brand lead of Immunology TA and leads a team of marketers to ensure growth of the brand and best meet customer needs.

Strategy Development
Builds and delivers the brand strategy and plan that drives success and growth of the brandsFosters collaborative working relationships with the Brand lead, other marketing leads and cross-functional brand team members to ensure creation of a unified brand strategyIntegrates insights from customer analytics models and market research to develop HCP/patient customer journey, customer segments and create tailored omnichannel strategies, optimizing channel selectionLeverage omnichannel capabilities and rapid, personalized content creation processes to enhance customer experience and engagementUtilizes engagement and performance feedback to improve customer engagement strategies and campaignsDefines success for the customer (HCP/Patient) segmentExecution Excellence
Leads team of Marketing to deliver on Brand objectivesManage national TLs to plan and execute national seminars and web-seminar to deliver Dr-to-Dr message.Plans and delivers content across personal and non-personal channelsWork with analytics and market research teams to define and implement performance metricsWorks closely with other APAC countriesRequired Qualifications & Experience
Prior marketing experience with a track record of leading and executing customer-focused marketing strategiesExperience in immunology/rheumatology preferred.Knowledge of HCP customer journeys, patient customer journeys, preferences, and needsFluency in interpreting analytical models and ability to translate analytics from BI&A teams into actionable strategiesFamiliarity with omnichannel capabilities strategyAbility to navigate and build relationships across teams and Functions (e.g., Medical, Access, Sales)Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to lead teamsKey competencies desired
