Read more: careers.bms.com/working-with-us . **Summary:** We are seeking an experienced Omnichannel Production team member with expertise in project management, print manufacturing, and digital marketing. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering high-quality omni channel marketing work across print and digital projects within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. **Responsibilities:** + Manage and oversee the production of large-scale, various omni-channel marketing projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables and timely completion + Collaborate closely with the Omni Channel Strategists, brand teams, and creative teams to understand project requirements and exceed deliverable expectations + Accountable for development of content timelines + Accountable for the content to be delivered across as planned across all channels + Responsible for managing the production agencies to ensure tactics are published as per plan + Partner with Omni Channel Strategists and brand team(s) to understand marketing campaigns and overall brand strategy to best provide direction on production and execution on marketing assets + Utilize Adobe Workfront, Jira, and SharePoint to streamline project management and overall workflow and provide guidance to production partners + Manage budgets across both print and digital marketing deliverables across multiple vendors + Handling diverse print and digital deliverables, leveraging automation tools and variable data printing (VDP) to enhance engagement and reduce turnaround times in alignment with production partners + Ensure accurate and timely reporting of marketing performance metrics. + Analyze marketing data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization. + Build and maintain multiple vendor relationships across all production partners + Lead the adoption of eco-friendly practices and printed materials to align with BMS' sustainability goals + Implement best practices and industry standards to enhance marketing operations. + Manage multiple jobs simultaneously, with the ability to prioritize workload to support brand strategies, ensuring efficient and effective production processes + Develop and implement marketing processes and workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness. + Manage marketing technology stack, including CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools + Leading a small team of contracted workers **Qualifications:** + BA/BS in Marketing, Business + Minimum of 5 years of experience in Omni Channel Marketing Production Management, Project Management, Print Manufacturing, and Marketing. + Proficiency in Adobe Workfront, Jira, SharePoint, Veeva Vault, and other industry-leading software. + Budget management experience preferred + Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills + Strong organizational and project management abilities + BA/BS in Marketing, Business + Experience working within the Pharmaceutical industry of at least ten years + Knowledge of current trends and best practices in omni-channel marketing production. \#FTDCOMMERCIAL \#OMNIJOBS If you come across a role that intrigues you but doesn't perfectly line up with your resume, we encourage you to apply anyway.
