About the Role

The incumbent will be lead, supervise and implement Partnership Distribution’s (PD) Acceleration Projects, Annual Strategic Plan and Budget and Expenses management. Job holder will also ensure timely delivery of projects and prudent management of expenses to achieve the mission and objectives of the Division.

As the Associate Director, PD Strategy & Planning, you will lead, supervise, and implement Partnership Distribution's (PD) Acceleration Projects, Annual Strategic Plan, and Budget and Expenses management. Your responsibilities will include:

Coordinating the entire process of Partnership Distribution's Annual Strategic Planning, ensuring on-time delivery and coordination of all required documents.Driving improvement projects, monitoring progress, and taking necessary actions to ensure timely and quality delivery.Managing the Governance of Workstreams, ensuring alignment with the Annual Strategic Plan objectives and delivering on key deliverables.Managing the Sales Incentives Plan and Annual Expense Budget, monitoring expenses, conducting analysis, and implementing prudent expense management practices.Continuously reviewing and enhancing expense management policies, procedures, and processes to support the business strategy.Tracking and managing partnering bank's initiatives and cost, proposing realignment solutions when necessary.Creating a rationale for strategic projects and evaluating their effectiveness after they are implemented.Identifying potential opportunities and supporting the business in achieving its targets through accurate forecasting and monitoring key drivers.Designing performance management dashboard reporting and forecasts to facilitate strategy discussions with EXCO and Group.

To be successful in this role, you will need:A degree in any field or substantial related work experience.Over 8 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory/managerial capacity.Strong understanding of business operations, effective leadership abilities, and experience in driving and adapting to change.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, team building, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.Excellent language ability, presentation, and proposal writing skills.
