About the Role

To drive the sustainable growth of CS business to deliver overall Group Corporate Solutions (GCS) Financial KPIs through robust portfolio management. Act as the deputy team lead to oversee the portfolio management function and actuarial function of GCS department.

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead the CS profitability reporting process to monitor the financial performance.  Support LBUs to identify drivers and proactively develop corrective actions.Identify areas for portfolio optimization and influence key stakeholders to drive the sustainable growth of the CS businesses.   Initiate and drive the demand-lead initiatives to support LBUs to meet strategic plan target.  Promote best practice sharing across LBUs on pricing, portfolio management and product development. Represent GCS and collaborate with other GO functions (e.g. Group Finance/Health) to contribute the execution of Integrated Healthcare Strategy. Provide holistic support to LBUs to manage and grow the CS business (e.g. enhance data analytics, streamline quotation process and upgrade portfolio management tools, etc.).

Minimum Job Requirements

Minimum 12 years of experience in actuarial field – prior experience in regional offices or employee benefit businesses is a strong advantage. Fellowship of Internationally recognized Actuarial association (SOA, IAAust, IFoA, etc) or equivalent skills from experience within actuarial functions.Education – Degree in Actuarial or other highly numerate focus (Statistics, Mathematics, etc).Relevant working experience in actuarial valuation, experience studies and pricing for employee benefit.  Knowledge/experience in data analytics is a must. Good business acumen, teamwork and leadership qualities. Strong communication skills, able to manage priorities for different projects under pressure and tight timeline.   Attention to details plus strong analytical and problem-solving skills.   Excellent communication skills in English, Chinese Mandarin and Cantonese, written and verbal. Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Manager.
