If you want an exciting and rewarding career that is meaningful, consider joining our diverse team! **Position Summary:** We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate Director - Product Manager with broad clinical data experience to join our IT team within the Clinical Data Ecosystem team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting the development, implementation, and optimization of competitive trial design, intelligence and optimization solutions and collaborate across functions to deliver value. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of technology and clinical research, contributing to the advancement of innovative therapies and improving patient outcomes. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining the product strategy, roadmap, and execution plan to enhance our clinical data management capabilities. This role requires a deep understanding of clinical data processes, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration. The Product Manager will work closely with global clinical, biometrics and data science stakeholders, including data scientists, software developers, project managers, and cross functional IT teams, to ensure successful strategy, planning, delivery, and operations of technology solutions to accelerate bringing effective therapies and drug to patients and long-term value to BMS . **Key Responsibilities:** **Product Development and Management:** + Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for the clinical data ecosystem especially with clinical trial design and data science methodologies to enable clinical data exploration . + Create and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with business objectives and stakeholder needs. + Prioritize features and enhancements based on user feedback, and business value + Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical operations, data management, IT, and external vendors, to deliver high-quality products. + Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement. **Data Analysis and Reporting:** + Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support data-driven decision-making. + Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all clinical data systems. **Stakeholder Engagement:** + Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on product goals and priorities. + Gather and analyze feedback from users and stakeholders to inform product decisions and enhancements. + Provide regular updates to senior leadership on product status, risks, and opportunities. **Qualifications & Experience:** + Master's or bachelor's degree in computer science , Information Technology, Life Sciences, or a related field. + 6-8 years of experience in a produc t manager or similar role within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry. + Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. + A self-starter and the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. + Prior experience working in an Agile/Product based environment. + Strong understanding of clinical data systems (e.g., EDC, CTMS, CDMS, CDM, CDR, SCE). + Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). + Proficiency in machine learning models, exposure to large language models and generative AI technologies will be necessary for the role. + Hands on AI imaging and deep learning experience is a plus + Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards (e.g., GCP, CDISC) is a plus.
