Job DescriptionResponsible for pre- and post-contract quantity surveying duties including preparation of cost estimates, procurement and tendering, tender evaluation, cashflow forecast, contract administration, variation, final account, etc.Supervise and manage the taking off from drawings and pricing for cost estimates, tender documents, etc.Leading and coaching junior staff in delivery of services, including checking on the works done by junior staffCollaborate and develop good relationship with clients and stakeholders internally and externallyAttend meetings and site inspections when requiredComply with the Company’s QA requirements and best practice

QualificationsBachelor degree holder in Quantity Surveying discipline or equivalent At least 10 years relevant quantity surveying experience in civil infrastructure projects and/or Metro Railway projects and/or Building Works projectsCorporate Member of Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors or equivalent (minimum 5 years)Enthusiasm and ambition for success with proven practical experience in handling civil infrastructure projects and/or metro railway projects and/or public sector building works projects in Hong Kong or OverseasWillingness to participate in civil infrastructure projects and/or metro railway projects and/or public sector building works projectsProven practical experience, interest and willingness to participate in NEC3 ECC and NEC4 ECC Forms of Contact works is advantageous. Great opportunities to work on project using the future of HK public sector procurement methodGood leadership and interpersonal skills, able to work independently and lead a team to achieve success working in collaborative team environmentFluent in both written and spoken English and CantoneseCandidates interested in Public Sector Building Works, with experience in working with Housing Authority or Architectural Services Department projects shall have preference

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Associate.
