The Associate Director of the Qualitative Data Repository (QDR) leads curation activities and directs the daily operations of QDR. The Associate Director sets policies and strategic goals for the repository with guidance from the QDR Director, leads the process to acquire grants and other funding including memberships and partnerships, and directs research conducted by QDR. The position is a .85 fte hybrid position and requires 1-2 days of in-person attendance/week. This position is part of a bargaining unit and is represented by the union SEIU, Local 200United.
