Monitor & understand dynamic portfolio changes and its impacts on portfolio decisions/recommendations. + Contribute to critical R&D strategic initiatives as a strategic leader with a broad understanding of the business, pipeline and external views. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution. + Maintain the tracking of JJIM R&D portfolio key milestones and achievements and share with broader organization. + Provide routine and ad hoc portfolio updates and analysis to support R&D Portfolio Subcommittee, R&D SLT discussions, DAS Review, EC, GOC, and STC etc. + Work with portfolio strategy team to analyze industry benchmarks, trend and competitive landscape to support portfolio analysis and portfolio prioritization. **Qualifications:** **Education:** + Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in scientific field with a minimum of 8 years of experience in a pharmaceutical R&D environment is required. Advanced degree is preferred. Less than 8 years of experience may be considered for candidates with advanced degree. **Required:** + Proven experience supporting major initiatives in pharmaceutical R&D is required. + Proficient in analyzing and synthesizing complex data is required. + Ability to interpret data to drive insights and inform decision making is required. + Excellent communication and collaboration skills is required. **Preferred:** + Experience in assessing technology, market environment, and R&D process requirements to drive efficiency and process improvements is preferred. + Prior knowledge of JJIM R&D portfolio data, system and process is preferred.
