Primary Responsibilities:

Develops and implements opportunities for community development, academic and personal growth for students in residence. Coordinates all levels of staff training and development and encourages professional development opportunities. Coordinates staff recruitment, selection, and evaluation processes. Supervises matters related to human resources for represented student employees, including staff disciplinary action and termination. Oversees the Faculty-In-Residence program, neighborhood hall councils, and residential curriculum.
