We’re looking for an Associate Director, Software Engineer to:

• Analyze business, functional, and technical requirements to develop web application solutions and support end-to-end implementation.
• Provide inputs and solutions based on current and target state of applications, as well as perform the technical development lead role and support global team by working on prioritized changes and ensuring delivery of well tested, signed-off, and fit-for-purpose solutions.
• Assist in quality control and execute application implementations using SDLC methodologies and Waterfall / Agile processes.
• Own end to end application delivery, manage project stakeholder communications, perform accurate estimates, scope of the deliverables for releases, and execute projects within the agreed timelines.
• Collaborate with multiple IT and Business stakeholders to understand business requirements, identify systems impacted and develop high performance and scalable IT solutions.
• Engage with other IT PMs and tech leads to explore and develop synergies, cross-leverage opportunities to meet our business needs in the most cost effective and sustainable way.
