Job Description
Lead the development and execution of HCP Peer-To-Peer (P2P) marketing strategic initiatives across RINVOQ and Skyrizi Rheum indications. The role will serve as the P2P subject matter expert and will be highly integrated with internal cross functional partners on a regular basis (including Sales, Brand Teams, Medical, HEOR, Market Access, Patient Services, BTS, Digital Lab). This role develops and leads effective P2P marketing strategies that are impactful, executable by Sales partners, easily communicated, and clinically supported for areas of responsibility (product, indication, channel).
Candidates should demonstrate the ability to lead without authority as well as lead direct reports, have an innovative mindset to advance ways of working across large teams, be competent in managing multiple projects and developing and delivering presentations to Immunology leadership.
Responsibilities:
Lead a team of marketing managers responsible for the development and execution of P2P promotional content across RINVOQ and Skyrizi indications for Rheumatology. Optimize and innovate on the delivery of peer-to-peer promotion, including digital, to maximize educational reach.Partner with Rheumatology counterparts, IBT partners, and external experts to build, manage and execute P2P programming plans to provide HCP education across all Rheum indications. Drive and participate in business and marketing plans process. Influence business leaders and effectively collaborate cross-functionally to deliver business results. Direct and manage projects including execution of marketing plans, initiatives and tasks. Agency relations and management. Be familiar with market research and customer insights that could improve or impact peer to peer promotion.Strong collaboration and communication with the field sales leadership (SDs, and RSDs) to ensure alignment on goals, budgets, strategies and execution of peer to peer.Stay current on all processes and procedures related to Speaker Programs.Ensure adherence to relevant policies and procedures related to planning and executing Speaker Programs, in collaboration with OEC.Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree required. MBA preferred. 5+ years of biopharmaceutical marketing experience, HCP marketing experience required, Immunology leadership preferred Excellent communication skills with proven past experiences in writing Strategic documents Strong collaboration and team orientation, with experience accomplishing results through others and by influencing others Proven marketing experience with increased proficiency in marketing skills. Previous cross franchise/cross channel marketing experience preferred.

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
