About the Role

As a member of CIO Office, reporting directly to the Head of Investment Finance, this position will be responsible for establishing and maintaining effective investment planning mechanism and process, and focusing on promoting cross-function investment planning deliverables. This position will provide investment planning and management support, in order to enhance and facilitate AMC’s target management and KPI settings.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Coordinate AMC and future IAMC’s strategic planning, such as 3-year planning, 5-year planning, strategic initiative portfolio management and have in-depth knowledge and understanding of issues of strategic importance and relevance to the implementation of the strategic plan. Facilitate AMC and future IAMC’s project management in terms of coordinating, driving, implementing, and delivering new strategic initiatives. Drive appropriate change management for the projects or initiatives to ensure that the change is designed properly, delivered accurately, and is adopted robustly. Support senior management team in the successful delivery of business initiatives, KPI setting, and target management of AMC teams/IAMC. Support and contribute to IAMC preparation, such as facilitating work packages across different pillars, in terms of coordinating and elaborating cross AMC teams.Coordinate and ensure the deliverables of regular and ad hoc topics initiated by cross-function departments, including but not limited to SPD department, PMO department, Group Investment, Group Finance, and external requests, such as industry research and questionnaires from regulatory bodies and industrial association. Support to organize regular and ad hoc AMC/IAMC investment meeting including preparing meeting materials, meeting minutes and resolutions.Prepares the relevant analysis and business information to support regulatory, Group, and Life / IAMC strategy delivery.Provide support and fulfill other tasks designated by Head of Investment Finance.

Minimum Job Requirements:

Bachelor degree and above, in finance/management or other related field, with at least 8 years of finance or management related roles, with significant leadership and management responsibilitiesAbility to solve difficult problems and establish new mechanism or systemsHave a proven track record of strategic planning, and providing strategic advice to businesses and leading/managing teams, In-depth project management experience,IAMC background is a plus. Senior position from consultancy background is a plus.Proficiency in MS Office.In-depth knowledge and passion about science and technology.Strong leadership and mentor skill with good understanding of risk managementStrong strategic, analytical, financial planning and decision-making skillsAccountable, efficient, focus, detail oriented, and able to work under pressureexcellent facilitation and coaching skillsGreat team playerProficiency in spoken and written English in order to effectively communicate with multiple stakeholders
