An amazing number, but we’re always looking for new ways to continue making a difference, and new people to make a difference with. **How you’ll spend your day** + Plan and coordinate the replenishments of FGs to the internal affiliates + Monitor available stock on hand in order to avoid write-offs due to expiration and mitigate destructions by initiating re-distribution activities where possible + Conduct multi-site/multi-market and multi-level planning to ensure supply from CMOs and Teva internal sites to achieve 99% service level for commercially marketed products + Monitor Teva market forecast and interrogate deviations regarding forecasts / sales + Define annual quantities and deliver rolling forecast to suppliers and sites + Coordinate availability dates with suppliers and internal warehouse for PO maintenance processes + End to end SC management- including FG demand, supply plan, RM and devices requirements + Definition of the different safety stocks level across the supply chain optimizing service and costs + Preparation of the infrastructure for new launches to meet on time launch and in-full + Lead risk management process- risk management, provide mitigations and execution + Cross functional and cross-country collaboration with all relevant stakeholders around the world Setting monitoring and control mechanisms to ensure on going supplies + Leading the S&OP regional meetings involved contacts from commercial and the production plants **Your experience and qualifications** + Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business Administration or Economics. + Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role (operations, global supply chain planning, logistics or procurement) preferably within the pharma industry + Previous experience in working with demand and supply processes in a global environment, as well as in customer service/logistic operations + Fluent in Business English, good communication skills, and team player + You bring high level of passion for customer service, solution and network orientated thinking and experience in product related supply projects + You are a well-organized, independent and accurate person, with the ability to multitask and prioritize a full workload and deal calmly with the pressure of deadlines and conflicting priorities + You demonstrate advanced computer literacy skills, particularly in Microsoft Office package and SAP **Already Working @TEVA?** If you are a current Teva employee, please apply using the internal career site available on "Employee Central".
