As an Associate Director, Learning Journey Designer, you are responsible for developing and execution of the Instructional & Experience Design strategy for Learning & the build of the Leadership Academy. TD&I have recently invested in new learning technology and this role will work with the Learning Architecture Lead and the Center of Excellence Strategy Leads to develop the strategy to support the build of a Leadership Academy within a learning experience platform. Working with the Center of Excellence Strategy Leads you will be responsible for building end to end learner experiences. As part of the Learning & Leadership Academy team you will contribute to the learning strategy ,learning design principles, learner metrics. You will influence stakeholders without authority and network across the organization, communicating effectively with leaders in a fast-moving, challenging, and dynamic environment. Gilead considers a variety of factors when determining base compensation, including experience, qualifications, and geographic location. These considerations mean actual compensation will vary.
