About the Role

Responsible for developing strategic plans at group, entity, or function level to ensure continued success of growth and profitability

Roles and Responsibilities:

Investor Relationship Management (50%)

Connect with business partners and work with Group Investor Relationship to build up China story in capital market and support for results announcement and ad-hoc request

Build market intelligence to update senior management with insurance industry development and major players performance for better decision making

Conduct market research and data analysis for external & internal scanning, identify trends and opportunities to support strategy shaping

Strategic planning & development (40%)

Facilitate company 3-yr rolling strategic planning and budgeting, act as PM to drive overall process, support decision-making and ensure final high-quality delivery of strategic plan.

Support senior management discussion to set company goals, identify strategic key initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure it well reflected in the strategic plan.

Support senior management to prepare for dialogue presentation at Group EXCO.

Others tasks related to corporate strategy per assignment.

Strategic initiatives evaluation & implementation (10%)

Drive strategic initiatives review and evaluation, working with business partners to better shape up business case and provide insightful advice to ensure the effective integration with company strategy.

Drive full-cycle project management per assigned projects, covering business case approval, progress tracking, project closure and benefit realization.

Minimum Job Requirements:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and evaluate complex information.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.

Proven ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams.

[8+ years of experience] in insurance industry or similar role in corporate planning function.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, esp. in PPT

Proficient in English communication and write-up
