Engagement & Change Advisory (ECA) comprises three core capabilities: Communications & Stakeholder Engagement, Transformation and Change, and Social Value. As the result of continued growth, we have an opportunity for an Associate Director with experience and expertise in leading Communications & Stakeholder Engagement projects. Additionally, experience extending into Transformational Change or Social Value will be highly regarded.
Our Melbourne based Engagement and Change Advisory team works on major infrastructure projects throughout Victoria and South Australia, as well as closely collaborating with our extended teams across Australia and New Zealand.
This role will play an important role to deliver, grow and lead. The below brings these three themes to life.
The role and your experience
Deliver: As a Leader, you will work with clients to deliver projects end-to-end. As an established consultant your experience is broad enabling you to adapt to a diverse range of project settings. Your Communications and Stakeholder Engagement expertise to assess, plan and implement programs that solve our clients most complex problems. You have experience engaging at all levels of a project and are accustomed to engaging senior leaders/executives to achieve project outcomes. We will wrap support around you when you need it and empower you when you tell us you’ve got it. You will have access to some of the industries brightest minds committed to your personal success and development.
Grow: Growth is at the heart of our business, and bringing in new and interesting work enables our people to learn and develop. As a leader in our Melbourne team, you will support a pipeline of future opportunities, actively contribute to business development, and shape successful proposals that differentiate us the market. Although not mandatory, previous experience in consulting will greatly support your success in this role. For us, growing our business is a team sport and you will be supported by your leaders, peers and team to achieve success.
Lead: This role requires an adaptable and dynamic leader. Beyond supporting and developing direct reports, your leadership extends to project teams/streams and client relationships.
