Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location.  The anticipated wage for this position is

$126,000 - $184,800

Our Lilly Business Insights and Analytics (BI&A) team is comprised of 350+ individuals with a wide range of backgrounds and experiences. We drive improved patient and business outcomes through strategic and innovative insights grounded in data and analytics. Associate Director – Business Insights & Analytics (BI&A) – Global Patient Success and Innovation Insights & Analytics, is responsible for implementing data and analytics efforts for OUS Off to a good start and Lilly direct efforts. The Associate Director works with the Executive Director of BI&A Global Patient Success and Innovation Insights & Analytics

RESPONSIBILITIES and KEY OBJECTIVESOff to a Good Start (OTGS): Global focusEnsure completion of quarterly refreshes of the IBU OTGS Dashboard with Fill Behavior and Persistency reportsPartner with LCCI team for QC and Validation of aggregate data delivered from vendor partnersCollaborate with vendor partners to fully understand country dynamics and aggregate analysis delivered for each country in scope, deliver key insights relevant for the BusinessContribute to the Country/Condition Factor Analysis to drive a data understanding of drivers of Rx abandonment and integrate the outputs with the OUS OTGS Team.Collaborate with the OUS OTGS Team and Country Teams to develop robust measurement plans on OUS OTGS pilots and scaling decision framework.Influence pilots design to include data and measurement requirements where opportunity exists.OUS Lilly Direct: Global FocusCollaborate with OUS LD Team for Affiliate LD Deployment Dashboard and Measurement needs:Drive development of dashboards across Storefront Verticals, 3rd parties, and pharmacy network as applicable.Contribute to data product requirements to enable reporting ecosystem for LillyDirectConduct adhoc analysis as needed.Consult with team on measurement plan.Coordinate and partner with the LCCI team for execution of Analytics Products.Lead OUS OTGS and OUS LD collaborators and junior colleagues as a part of a highly matrixed organization.Be a champion for actively challenging the status quo and driving innovative solutions that help Lilly reach its acceleration of reach and scale goals.Provide leadership and oversight for 3rd party data and analytics vendor relationships.Partner closely with Tech@Lilly and Business Insights and Analytics team (BI&A) data engineering teams and work as one team towards all deliverables.Be fully engaged with business teams, bringing an objective voice to the table, and facilitating decisions grounded in data.

Basic qualificationsBachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience3+ years of experience working in Analytics TeamQualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States.
