We are looking forAssociate Director – Web Platform Serviceswho has hands on experience on both front-end (UI) and back-end technologies and extensive experience is improving application performance and quality for high transaction ecommerce website.

10+ years of solid experience and understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and best practices for buildinghighly scalableand maintainable systems.8+ years of working experience withhigh-volumewebsites andhigh-velocity transactionsand designing systems that can handle the demands of real-time or near-real-time data.8+ years of hands-on experience in automation testing for web applications and microservices.8+ years of experience with leading, managing and mentoring teams.5+ years of proven experience building sophisticated applications and APIs inCloudandhybrid cloudenvironments atlarge scalepreferably inJavaandReact JS.5+ years of experience in usingobservability toolssuch as APM, analytics platforms, etc.5+ years experience working with cloud platforms, such as Azure, AWS or Google Cloud, to architect and implement scalable, high performance and efficient solutions.In-depth understanding and practical application ofnetworking architecture principlesandsecurity:cachingand content delivery (CDN).Demonstrated ability to drive innovation, adapt to emerging technologies, and implement industry best practices.Strong communication and leadership abilities, with a proven track record of collaborating effectively in cross-functional teams and mentoring junior engineers.Demonstrated ability to take ownership and responsibility of critical issues and conclude them to resolution.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to dissect complex technical challenges and propose innovative solutions.

Desired Qualification and Skills:

Experience in building applications and performance scripts usingAI Peer Programming tools.Proficient in using modern software development tools, version control systems (ex. Git), and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

Our Assoc Director-Technology II earns between $174,100.00-$261,100.00 USD Annual, not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
