About the Role

To run end to end IAM Operations function across all countries and systems.

Roles and Responsibilities

Responsible for running day to day IAM functions including JML, dormancy, recertification, ensuring operations are run in line with defined procedures and processes.Ensure SLAs are met or exceeded, and accuracy of manual activities stays within agreed limits and develop the working environment of zero error-security first.Drive the documentation of requirements to transition to the effective and growing to mature, automated Sailpoint ecosystemMaintain accurate and the updated process, procedure and other documents from time to time, clearly identifying controls. Ensure all team members are fully aware of all content and have regular knowledge refresh.Enhance IAM standards and controls to identify gaps and propose solutions corresponding with industry standard methodologies.Accountable for running L2 support for IAM tools through the encouraging team-members of skilled analysts, ensuring downstream processes can run as expected, raising issues to L3 support teams with priority according to risk and operational impact clearly defined.Have detailed knowledge of and be inquisitive to applied the up to date with standard processes to ensure the function is inline with other insurance and FIs.Identify and document long term strategic improvements for IAM Operations to reduce risk, introduce automation and reduce manual activitiesEnsure audit readiness at all times, reviewing logs, controls and documentation.Be hard-working at collaborating with a team of Senior Leaders, Managers and operational staff of over 50 across 2 locations.Work alongside the security location head to encourage engagement, reduce silos and ensure compliance to local and group policiesMaintain a shift pattern and on-call roster to ensure critical services are available 24/7

Requirements:

Education – Degree or equivalent experience in IT/SecurityExperience – Min 12 years InfoSec, working experience of IAM, service/operations improvement, process improvement. Technical knowledge of IAM, Cybersecurity and other security domains. Experience of Sailpoint environmentExperience managing managersCertifications/licenses – CISSP/ CISM/ CRISC/ ITIL. Cloud certifications
