The Adobe Workfront & Fusion Architect is a strategic and tactical role responsible for architecting, designing, and leading Workfront implementations. This role interacts with business and IT teams, leading all activities related to the implementation of Workfront and ensuring that the system aligns with the defined business objectives. The role will be responsible for system setup, configuration, customization, troubleshooting, and user training.
Key Responsibilities and DutiesCollaborate with stakeholders to review processes and identify where Fusion Automation may be used to streamline our workflow for Adobe Workfront.\nProvide guidance and best practices on setting up automation for project templates, user roles, access permissions, and other system configurations.\nPerform consultant role for Adobe Fusion-related inquiries, providing expert-level guidance and support to both internal teams and external clients.\nTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Adobe Workfront, working closely with various technical teams as necessary.\nStay updated on the latest features, updates, and enhancements in Adobe Fusion and proactively share this information with relevant stakeholders.\nServe as a Fusion subject matter expert to develop and deliver training programs, workshops, and documentation to educate users on the functionalities and best practices of Adobe Workfront.\nAssist in developing user guides, SOPs, FAQs, and other support materials to facilitate user adoption and self-service support.\nConduct user feedback sessions and gather insights to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for optimizing Adobe Workfront usage.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, IT teams, and business stakeholders, to understand their requirements and align\nAdobe Workfront capabilities accordingly.\nBuild deep relationships with internal and external stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor on Adobe Fusion-related matters.\nCommunicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, issues, and resolutions.\nIdentify opportunities for accelerators, innovations, process improvement, automation, and efficiency gains using automation thru Fusion for Adobe WorkfrontEducational RequirementsUniversity (Degree) PreferredWork Experience5+ Years Required; 7+ Years PreferredPhysical RequirementsPhysical Requirements: Sedentary Work
