We have an exciting remote opportunity for an Associate Director and Counsel for Anti-Corruption to join our team!  

What You Will Do:
 

As Associate Director and Counsel for Anti-Corruption, you will serve as a subject matter expert on anti-corruption and anti-bribery law within with the Pratt & Whitney Legal, Contracts and Compliance (LCC) organization and advise and counsel Pratt & Whitney and its businesses on all aspects of anti-corruption and anti-bribery law. 

Ideal candidate will have 5+ years legal experience at a law firm, DOJ and/or in-house and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, business driven, dynamic environment and have the ability to coordinate with other subject matter experts and stakeholders.   

Advise and counsel Pratt & Whitney and its businesses on all aspects of anti-corruption and anti-bribery law to include review and advice on contract language with third partiesAssist with the development, implementation, and maintenance of anti-corruption policies, standard work, guidance, templates, and other documentationThird party compliance screening, including reviewing screening results from screening tool and assessing risk levelGift giving/courtesies and revolving door review, analysis, and approvalManagement of sales intermediariesDevelop and deliver training on anti-corruption law to include assist with the development and delivery of general awareness training for employees, contractors, and third parties Conduct regular compliance-related risk assessments and develop and implement action plansHelp continuously develop, monitor and assess the anti-corruption programUse data analytics to identify emerging issues and trendsDevelop presentations and other updates to senior leadershipManage outside counsel and vendors engaged on anti-corruption legal matters 

Qualifications You Must Have:

Juris Doctor Degree (J.D.) and 10+ years of legal experience, including 5+ years of legal experience at a law firm, DOJ and/or in-house, including experience advising and counseling clients on anti-Corruption and anti-Bribery mattersGood standing with a state bar association and in-house counsel registration in a timely manner following hire

Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home).

Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.

The salary range for this role is 143,000 USD - 287,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
