Job Description
This position is to lead CWM and other indication’s Strategic planning and business planning, including:
1. Lead brand-level strategic planning for a couple of indications
2. Develop Brand positioning & key message to different stakeholders incl. consumer, HCPs, policy-makers, pharmacists, ecosystem platforms and others.
3. Lead brand channel mix planning, business forecast and tracking.
Qualification & Experience
10+ years healthcare industry working experience 10+ years Healthcare Multi-channel experience incl. hospitals, retail pharmacies, E-commerce and O2O platforms Solid experience in consumer marketing, pharma strategic marketing, and new product planning

Key Responsibilities
Lead strategic brand-level planning for a couple of indications to drive synergy. Conduct Market understanding for the designated indications inc. external environment, multi-stakeholders, holistic consumer journey, and buying process, and leverage points. Develop Brand positioning & key message to different stakeholders incl. consumer, HCPs policy-makers, pharmacists, platforms and others. Lead brand channel mix planning at different stages, Go-to-market model design, and investment model for multi-channels incl. different hospitals, retail pharmacies, E-commerce and O2O platforms. Identify Competition insight and develop Differentiated brand strategy Identify and deliver critical measures to brand equity and brand tracker
