Job Description Summary

Cushman & Wakefield India is seeking a dynamic and experienced Associate Director for Business Development in the North & East regions. This role is pivotal in driving strategic growth, building client relationships, and spearheading new business opportunities within the Facilities Management (FM) vertical.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

·Strategic Planning and Growth:

·       Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to expand client footprints and drive revenue growth.

·       Identify growth opportunities, emerging markets, and industry trends.

·       Collaborate with senior leadership to align business goals with organizational objectives.

Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

·       Identify and target prospective clients, including corporate occupiers and developers.

·       Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

·       Act as the primary contact for major negotiations and pitch presentations.

Team Leadership and Collaboration:

·       Lead and mentor the business development team, fostering a high-performance culture.

·       Collaborate with internal teams (operations, finance, legal, etc.) to deliver tailored FM solutions.

·       Ensure cross-functional alignment to drive seamless service delivery for clients.

Proposal Development and Execution:

·       Oversee the preparation of high-quality proposals, bids, and tenders tailored to client needs.

·       Ensure competitive pricing models and innovative service offerings to secure new contracts.

·       Support business development efforts in Facilities & Property Management operations.

Qualifications:

·       MBA in Marketing or a related field.

·       Minimum 15 years of core sales experience in Facilities Management & Property Management.

·       Proven track record in business development within the FM/PM industry.

·       Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

·       Experience in supplier costing, material management, and market analysis.

·       Ability to handle client representatives with patience and maturity.

Skills and Competencies:

·       Effective communicator with exceptional relationship management skills.

·       Strong business development skills in Integrated Facility/Property Management.

·       Ability to track competition and stay updated with market trends.

·       Proficient in sales pitches, presentations, and client solutions.

·       Team handling experience and a good motivator.
