Associate Director - Business Intelligence
**Job Overview** + The purpose of this role is to own the delivery of business intelligence and reporting for the U.S. & Canada RBU Analytics Hub. **Team Overview** + The Analytics Hub serves as a central data & analytics function across the USCAN RBU and provides business and operational insights to stakeholders in GTM, Commercial Operations, Finance, and Delivery Operations + The Analytics Hub is responsible for developing forward-looking and predictive insights to support the RBU’s executive team in execution of their strategic priorities. + This individual contributor role will deliver senior technical expertise on data visualization and reporting by devising a plan for business intelligence across US & Canada, build a new offshore support model for standard dashboards and reports, consult with senior leadership to build new KPIs and metrics, and follow up with designing best practices for visualizations and dashboards across go-to-market, delivery & operations, and business performance across all USCAN RBU business lines. **Qualifications** + This role will build scalable analytics, dashboards, and KPI reporting solutions for senior leadership in the division to drive business insight through repeatable predictive analytics solutions in close collaboration with technical data and analytics team members. The role will design standard metrics, diagnostic metrics and ad hoc analyses with industry-leading, best-in-class dashboards and visualizations to drive user adoption and deliver actionable insights + Experience with predictive analytics, data visualization, self-service analytics + PowerBI or comparable tool experience + AI experience + Senior leadership analytics consulting experience + Providing insights to the business based off predictive analytics & data + Creative and innovating thinker + Bachelors Degree in technical field or related experience IQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare industries. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time).
