**Job Overview** + The purpose of this role is to own the delivery of business intelligence and reporting for the U.S. & Canada RBU Analytics Hub. **Team Overview** + The Analytics Hub serves as a central data & analytics function across the USCAN RBU and provides business and operational insights to stakeholders in GTM, Commercial Operations, Finance, and Delivery Operations + The Analytics Hub is responsible for developing forward-looking and predictive insights to support the RBU’s executive team in execution of their strategic priorities. + This individual contributor role will deliver senior technical expertise on data visualization and reporting by devising a plan for business intelligence across US & Canada, build a new offshore support model for standard dashboards and reports, consult with senior leadership to build new KPIs and metrics, and follow up with designing best practices for visualizations and dashboards across go-to-market, delivery & operations, and business performance across all USCAN RBU business lines. **Qualifications** + This role will build scalable analytics, dashboards, and KPI reporting solutions for senior leadership in the division to drive business insight through repeatable predictive analytics solutions in close collaboration with technical data and analytics team members. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time).
