The Global Wellbeing and Global Benefits Solutions Associate Director is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive wellbeing strategies and initiatives for organizations on a global scale. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of global employee benefits and wellbeing, as well as strong project management and communication skills.
The Role
You will be part of WTW’s Integrated and Global Solutions (IGS) team and based in the United States (location flexible).
The IGS team comprises over 300 colleagues across all WTW geographies and is dedicated to serving the needs of the headquarters of its multinational clients. Operating in the global marketplace means multinational companies face a variety of different business, cultural, language and regulatory environments. IGS Wellbeing Solution colleagues get involved in a number of key areas as follows: providing strategic advice around the design, execution and measurement of wellbeing approaches; technical expertise on wellbeing programs and practices; inventory and benchmarking of wellbeing programs; and support for global procurements of wellbeing vendors.
Responsibilities:
You will support our multinational clients through various consulting and project management activities such as:
Develop and implement global benefit and wellbeing strategies and initiatives that align with the organization's overall goals and objectivesHelp organizations connect their wellbeing strategy to other areas of their Employee Experience, Employee Value Proposition and Total Rewards programsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that wellbeing initiatives are integrated into all aspects of the organizationIdentify, develop, and support other Solutions and Services including Global Benefit Management and/or Total RewardsBuild relationships with internal and external sources Establish a trusted advisor role with clients and provide consistent, superior relationship management Draft statements of work, project plans and budgets involving multiple workflow streams and client and consultant teams across geographic boundaries internationallyManage large global benefit and wellbeing projects Conduct research and stay up-to-date on the latest trends in employee wellbeingEvaluate the effectiveness of wellbeing initiatives and make recommendations for improvementThe Requirements
7+ years of experience working in benefits or wellbeing related role (preferably global) and regional and related consulting services to multinational organizationsStrong project management and communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent research and analytical skillsExperience developing and delivering wellbeing programsKnowledge of the latest trends in employee wellbeing Proven ability to generate revenue and grow market shareExperience leading client facing strategy discussions within the wellbeing spaceProven experience successfully managing multiple projects, producing quality deliverables on time and within budget.Strong client relationship, interpersonal and team skills.Superior ability to influence and collaborate with senior management and work across all levels of an organization including well developed written and oral communication skillsCompensation and Benefits
Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that base salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).
Compensation
The base salary compensation range being offer for this role is $110,000 - $150,000 USD per year. This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
