We are looking for an Associate Director for our Health Solutiouns Department which handles TBS projects for our global and local clients. Skills and experience that will lead to success Bachelor of Science or Arts degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Economics Experience in brokerage and insurance companies. Ability to understand corporate customers’ expectations Consistently seeks opportunities to make improvements in terms of coverage or service Independent, analytical and pro-active Understanding of dynamic and global office structure Excellent knowledge of English language, both written and oral Job Description As an Associate Director in Health and Wealth Solutions the responsibilities will be; Marketing TBS products (TBS lite, TBS, online admin, employee communication) and handling cross sales activities for related products, Responding directly to client questions and requests quickly and efficiently (existing flex and online admin clients), Managing consultancy and project management activities for sold services, Following up on the process by the customer and the broking team Coordinating all TBS activities for Aon Turkey health team Conducting benefit surveys How we support our colleagues In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
