Associate Director - Healthcare Automation

Associate Directors have responsibility for client management, solution implementation and generation of project results. You will own projects and interact with the client daily to ensure engagement success. This includes leading day-to-day operational meetings with client sponsors and consulting leaders and providing oversight to internal staff. Associate Directors are expected to prepare and communicate well-organized, effective reports and presentations to client and internal executives. You will lead, coach and mentor consultants, senior consultants, and managing consultants, and ensure quality deliverables.  This role will require a combination of deep technical skills related to automation strategy and execution to transform healthcare operations and deliver best in class results for our clients.

What You Will Do:

Develop, design and manage the technical component of engagements and solutions that align with business requirementManaging resources that will build and configure RPA deployments and Conversational AI models to improve their accuracy and efficiency Troubleshooting and resolving any issues related to technical implementations Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand their requirements and provide AI-based solutionsCollaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand user needs, and define technical requirements of solutions

What You Will Need:

A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited universityA minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in the Healthcare industryProven experience designing and implementing RPA and Conversational AI solutionsStrong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) concepts, including entity recognition, intent classification, and sentiment analysisKnowledge of chatbot design principles and user experience (UX) best practices to create engaging and user-friendly conversational interfacesProficiency in programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python) for customization and integration of the various platformsPreference will be given to candidates on the east coastAbility to travel up to 75%

What Would Be Nice To Have:

Proficiency in Kore.ai SmartAssist is highly preferredPrevious working in a traditional consulting environment
