What You Will Do:

Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.Oversee the deployment and management of IAM tools including CyberArk, Okta, SailPoint, and Entra ID.Collaborate with federal, state, and local clients to understand their IAM needs and deliver tailored solutions. Ensure compliance with relevant security frameworks and standards such as NIST 800-53.Oversee the development and maintenance of IAM policies, procedures, and documentation.Provide leadership and mentorship to the IAM team. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in IAM and cybersecurity.

What You Will Need:

Must be a US Citizen or US Permanent Resident (due to nature of client engagements).Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field AND Nine (9+) plus years postgraduate experience; Or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field AND Seven (7+) plus years postgraduate experience.Total years of experience MUST include 7 years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Three (3+) plus years in a leadership role.Demonstrated proficiency in IAM tools such as CyberArk, Okta, SailPoint, and Entra ID.Strong understanding of security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, CIS).Proven experience in managing IAM projects for federal, state, and local clients.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to travelAbility to work onsite in a Guidehouse Office or Client Office Location

What Would Be Nice To Have:

Preference will be given to candidates within reasonable driving distance of a core Guidehouse Office.Advanced degrees degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA)

The annual salary range for this position is $144,400.00-$216,600.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
