Position Title – Associate Director / AVP (designation can be discussed based on relevant experience)
Location – Gurugram (preferably)
Experience – Minimum 10 years of relevant industry experience (Management Consulting / Industrial consulting)
Reporting to – Director & Practise Head – Industrial, Strategic Consulting
Role: Full time Work from Office
Willingness to Travel: Frequently Required for client pitches / mandates outside the base city
Qualification – PG degree in Management/Finance/Economics and/or CA/CFA certification; PG degree in Architecture/Urban Planning/Civil Engineering or any similar combination of education and experience.
Compensation: Negotiable
Key ResponsibilitiesAccelerate business development and contribute to topline & bottomline growth of revenues from industrial and logistics consulting practiceResponsible for generation of new business through active sourcing of client leads, proposal / pitch preparation, passionate attitude towards active CRM & aggressive proposal/engagement closuresShould be able to effectively enable / participate in project planning & supervisory execution, ensure satisfactory project delivery to clients, ensure on-time financial closure and active CRM and relationship management with new and existing clients on ongoing basisGood industry (subject knowledge) and project delivery / client handling experience especially working across both new age industrial segments such as renewables, clean mobility, semi-conductors etc. and established industrial segments such as automotives, pharma, electronics / semi-conductors beside other key FDI / growth contributorsExperience working with and directly engaging with foreign entities (FDI clients), large industrial corporates, trade & business associations on strategic engagements including but not limited to market entry & expansion strategies, market sizing, sectoral ecosytem / value chain assessments, business planning, bid advisory, location planning, industrial policy and incentive advisory, project & market feasibilities, preparation of DPRs, investors’ outreach, supply chain consulting beside other relevant service solutionsResponsible for pitching & curating service offerings relevant for the industrial client sets with specific focus on occupier/end user (industry players), developers/land and asset owners and institutional fundsHigh degree of Independence in day-to-day business development and CRM / project handlingOpen and willing to frequently travel for Work outside of the base cityExpected Proficiency with basic operational tools such as MS Office (Word, Power Point, Excel)Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively collaborate within and across other business teams within the organization to enable multi X (organization wide) business growth for the segmentCritical thinking and problem-solving skills along with ability to innovate and develop strategy as well as lead practical day-to-day executionExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to customers.Why join Cushman & Wakefield?
