In this role, you’ll provide consulting and technology services to high-profile client projects across the UK and become part of a trend setting capability.

Role accountabilities:

To provide technical leadership on key client commissions, acting as design authority for Intelligent Buildings projects Use your technical capability to drive business growth, generated from identification of sales opportunities and bid management. Implementing your vision of technology, challenging the norms whilst leveraging on existing capability to stand above the competition and ensuring greater profits through providing a unique added value service. Ensuring the delivery of projects and that they meet the desired technical standards.  Management of commissions, both for specific clients, and for community roles  Acting as a technical focal point for successful bidding and delivery of exciting, high-profile projects  Sharing innovative thought leadership, based on sector subject matter expertise, both to clients, the industry and internally within Arcadis Management of a team of 4-6 Growing the team with creative, commercially aware and innovative consultants who can deliver complex solutions; attracting and retaining the highest performing talent 

Qualifications & Experience:

Degree qualified in a relevant discipline (preferably membership of an appropriate professional body) Vast experience of providing high-value consulting services within Intelligent Buildings and/or Smart Building Technologies Technical consulting experience across design, construction and operational environments particularly in the Commercial Office sector Proficient in building network IT/OT architectures, operational systems integration, data infrastructure, user experience solutions and cloud-based software applications Brings a well-known industry reputation for being an inspirational leader having successfully delivered high profile, large, complex projects Creative and imaginative, able to identify commercial opportunities and inspiring appropriate solutions across the entire lifecycle of buildings  Operates with a clear client focus: able to build credibility quickly with team members and Clients alike whilst exercising sound commercial judgment  Goal oriented and enthused by the challenge of achieving targets; strong desire for personal achievement.  A proven track record of buildings teams and inspiring high performance delivery Exceptional networking communication abilities
