Your mission

Are you a passionate sales professional looking to make a significant impact? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team and drive growth in a vibrant market.

In this role, you will be responsible for selling pharmaceutical active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs). You will define customer and market strategies, manage commercial business operations, and scout the market for new customers to achieve expected sales performance. Your focus will include pipeline seedings with existing customers and receivables management in allocated geographies. You will be part of a dynamic team of 9 professionals located across Europe, Israel, and LATAM.

How you’ll spend your day

Collaborate with our Business Analysts to map the market and uncover new growth opportunities. Develop and nurture business relationships with new clients in your assigned region, ensuring you meet and exceed KPIs and targets. Strategically increase our win rate with clients, turning prospects into loyal customers. Routinely follow up on outstanding receivables to ensure a healthy cash flow. Work closely with customers' procurement teams to build a robust order book and manage pipeline seedings. Collaborate with Tapi supply chain coordinators, product management, and CX teams to deliver a flawless commercial experience for our customers. Regularly travel to maintain top-of-mind awareness of Tapi among customers and familiarize them with our diverse product range. Keep strong, ongoing relationships with customers, being their go-to contact for any project needs. Act as a communication bridge between stakeholders to ensure optimal customer support.

Who We’re Looking For

With over a decade of experience in B2B Pharma API sales across Europe, and a potential edge with US market exposure, you bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise. Your educational background includes a Bachelor's or Master's in Chemistry or a related field, with an MBA being a valuable addition. You stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with emerging trends in the API landscape and have a knack for spotting diverse opportunities. Your strong negotiation skills and analytical thinking are complemented by excellent relationship management and leadership capabilities. You possess an executive presence that enables you to influence others effectively and communicate across all organizational levels. With strong strategic agility and business acumen, you are well-prepared to navigate complex business environments. Additionally, you are ready to travel internationally up to 50%, making you a versatile and dynamic asset to any sales team.
