**Associate Director Market Access Strategy, (Pull-Through)**
The Associate Director, Market Access Strategy (Pull-Through)isresponsible for leading the market access pull-through strategy development and execution for Bayer Brands. Pull-through is a process that capitalizes on favorable payer access to generate demand and optimize measurable return for the rebate invested. Strategic communication of Bayer product access and affordability messaging can reduce HCP (Health Care Provider) access barriers to prescribing, increase market share, and sustain/grow access. This position operates as a member of the Market Access Portfolio Strategy team, which is responsible for access strategy, payer marketing, and pull-through marketing strategy and implementation of related tools and resources. This includes educating field sales and physicians whose prescribing behavior may be influenced by cost and coverage of Bayerproducts.
Please Note...This position is based out of our Whippany, NJ Pharma HQ. This not a remote/residence based role.
**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
The primary responsibilities of this role, Associate Director, Market Access Strategy (Pull-Through), are to:
+ Manage development and execution of multi-channel marketing pull- through resources (BACC tool, non-personal customer targeting efforts aligned with CPH and digital innovation, customer self-serviceresources);
+ Collaborates to create pull-through messages and supporting materials consistent with brand strategy/positioning and obtain PRT approval Provides expertise to ensure elevation of field capabilities in support of access communication to HCPs in collaboration with Commercial Excellence/Sales Training;
+ Manages the pull through portal and related resources,including:
+ Monthly data maintenance and validation process to ensure BACC and non-personal resource accuracy.
+ Lead for regional sales force training/deployment activation andexecution.
+ Provide project management support of training, development, operational projects, and stakeholder coordination.
+ Manage project testing activities for software deliverables (i.e. User Acceptance Testing, System Integration Testing, etc.).
+ Support post go-live key activities to ensure transition to routine business operations.
+ Coordinate and manage monthly performance metrics, data maintenance measures and inputs.
+ Person for questions/issues related to the Bayer Pull-Through tool and associated tactics;
+ Build and manage formal project plans that support deliverables within time, resource, and budget constraints.
**WHO YOU ARE**
Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following:
**Required Qualifications** :
+ Bachelor’s degree;
+ Related work experience in pharma, biotech, healthcare industry or consultancy/ad agency supporting these industries working in Market Access Marketing required;
+ Experience in developing strategy and implementing promotionalprograms;
+ Experience in leading cross-functional teams and gaining alignment in matrixed environment;
+ Strong project management skills, developing timeline, project milestone, status reporting and issue resolution;
+ Strong capabilities managing and prioritizing multiple projects. Ability to anticipate and proactively plan to avoid implementationissues;
+ Strong customer focus with ability to anticipate customer needsandstrong communicationskills.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Advanced Degree Preferred;
+ 5+ years of industry experience;
+ Prior Headquarter work experience;
+ 2+ Years Market Access Marketing experience, either at a Pharmaceutical manufacturer or at an agency;
+ Demonstrated leadership skills and team developmentability.
