Associate Director, Marketing, HCP Promo will chip into the financial success of ophthalmology portfolio, and will report to the Senior Director, Marketing, HCP Promo. We expect the Associate Director to have the primary responsibility to implement the strategic and tactical plans/programs as it relates to professional promotion for the ophthalmology portfolio.
A Typical Day Includes:
Identifies market opportunities and makes recommendations to enhance market potential and brand penetration.Drives the Brand Plan on an annual basis to meet objectives for the brand.Implements marketing initiatives/ programs for HCPs to support the brand’s critical success factors.Responsible for the development of assigned personal promotion projects.Support mid-long range planning for future market entrants.This Job May be for You If:
Proven knowledge and experience in marketing of biologics, in a buy and bill environment, experience in retina is a plus.Experience in working closely with all sales force counterparts and gaining insights for sales force needs.Understands US reimbursement environment including governmental programs -Medicare Part B.Experience tracking budgets with finance counterparts.Demonstrate collaboration, interpersonal & presentation skills required.To be considered, we are looking for you to have a minimum of 5 years of dynamic experience in biologics marketing and brand strategy development and execution in the life sciences. We also are looking for you to have a bachelors' degree but ideally a MBA. We would like for you to have knowledge in Ophthalmology (Retina), Oncology or Rheumatology. Lastly, we require you to be in Sleepy Hallow a few days a week.

$151,800.00 - $247,800.00
