Associate Director of Distribution Operations Enablement
As the Associate Director of Distribution Operations Enablement, you’ll be responsible for developing strategies and enabling initiatives that evolve our supply chain distribution operations business. You’ll establish an end-to-end supply chain operational planning approach, including our physical network, flow of products and the technology, tools, processes and data to support effective planning. You’ll engage and influence cross functional leaders, develop mid- to long-term strategies, identify strategic priorities, facilitate roadmap creation and clearly translate goals into initiatives.

This role is hybrid, which means you will be required to work some days on-site at the Best Buy location listed on this posting and some days virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location.  Facilitate partnerships, identify business trends and recommend opportunities to accelerate growth, minimize risk and remove unnecessary expensesEvaluate current capabilities, processes, network utilization and channel fulfillment, identifying ways to improve over timeDefine measurable business objectives and align resources and tools to track successHelp develop frameworks for major decisions and work executionIdentify and engage all key internal stakeholders who will derive benefit from the development of strategies and whose support may be needed to achieve our strategic visionProvide work clear direction, performance feedback and developmental support to your team
Basic qualifications
 7 years of experience in consulting, multi-channel retailing or related industry experience order management 4 years of direct or indirect people management and relationship building experience2 years of experience working on significant process or technology transformationAbility to interpret and analyze data to drive operational changesAdvanced understanding of supply chain and business management principles Ability to communicate complex ideas to a broad range of audiences
Preferred qualifications
 Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or related field
