Associate Director of Operations, Health Consumer Marketing

Let’s talk about the role 

 

As the Associate Director of Operations, Health Consumer Marketing, you will design and implement the operational and communication frameworks of the Health Consumer Marketing organization. This role is ideal for a dynamic, up-and-coming leader who thrives when streamlining processes, enabling others, and maintaining transparent internal communications. Reporting directly to the VP of Health Consumer Marketing, you will be pivotal in establishing the consumer marketing function within the broader organization, driving operational success for the entire team and crafting strategic internal communications in marketing and beyond. 

 

Responsibilities will include: 

 

Strategic Implementation: Design and implement operational frameworks to initiate, execute, monitor, and iterate on key marketing programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. 

Performance Reporting: Manage a rigorous reporting cadence to keep stakeholders informed of the progress and impact of initiatives against predefined objectives. 

Cross-functional Collaboration: Foster strong partnerships across the organization to enhance operational efficiency, reduce risks of siloed efforts, and ensure cohesive workflow integration. 

Campaign Integration Oversight: Coordinate with peers across marketing functions to ensure that campaigns and programs are well integrated, delivering a unified message and avoiding market confusion. 

Cross-functional Alignment: Act as the primary point of contact for teams within digital, creative, and brand marketing domains, streamlining interactions and minimizing touchpoints to enhance operational efficiency. 

Internal Communications Orchestration: Lead internal communications efforts to keep both the Health Consumer Marketing organization and the broader company well-informed about the progress and successes of our marketing initiatives, fostering a culture of transparency and engagement. 

 

Let’s talk about you 

 

The ideal candidate is an experienced consumer marketer with a strong track record working on DTC campaigns, launches and initiatives. You thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy creating order in chaos. You are skilled at building collaborative relationships beyond traditional organisational boundaries. Adept at navigating complex organizational structures, you are quick to read situations, motivations and drivers – and can pair these insights with commercial acumen to drive alignment across teams. Your skills will ensure that our consumer marketing initiatives are effective, scalable, and aligned with our strategic objectives – and noticeable across the organization 

 

Marketing Expertise: Deep understanding and experience within the marketing sector, ideally with a focus on consumer marketing within highly regulated environments. 

Action-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to drive initiatives with a strong bias towards action. 

Exceptional Organizational Skills: High level of attention to detail and proven project management capabilities. 

Strategic and Executional Balance: Ability to think strategically while at the same time enjoying being deeply involved in the execution details, no matter how small. 

Signature Presence: Robust communication skills and executive presence, comfortable representing and advocating for the team’s initiatives at all organizational levels.
