Title: Associate Director of Operations

Type: Direct Hire
Pay: $120,000-$148,500 + 15% bonus

Looking for a high-impact leadership role overseeing core production processes, setting strategic goals, and managing teams to ensure high-quality, on-time, and cost-effective output? This role can provide just that! Our well established and growing Medical Device client is looking to bring on an Associate Director of Operation to their team to grow and lead their department!

Responsibilities: Manage manufacturing operations for one or more Business Units/Plants. Oversee CAPEX budget and financial analysis for manufacturing. Drive process improvements to enhance financial performance and competitiveness. Plan, organize, and direct manufacturing operations while bridging senior management and front-line supervisors. Influence front-line supervisors and optimize resource utilization to meet production goals. Handle staffing, scheduling, training, meetings, and performance reviews. Represent the company and foster a positive work environment. Lead Site Tier 2 process, coordinating production and cost-saving initiatives. Act as backup for Site VP/GM and Director of Manufacturing when needed. Identify and resolve production inefficiencies, audit quality, and implement process improvements. Prepare and analyze reports on efficiency, scrap, budget, and expenditures. Manages entry to intermediate-level employees, ensuring budgets, schedules, and performance goals are met. Uses judgment to resolve complex problems based on experience. Serves as a key contact, coordinating across departments and senior personnel.   Requirements: Bachelor's degree required, Master's preferred. 10-12 years of relevant experience. Industry certification preferred. Consistent attendance required. Valid driver's license, passport, and ability to work non-standard hours. Secrecy, invention, and non-compete agreements required. Advanced industry knowledge; applies principles, theories, and concepts to determine best actions.
