Key Responsibilities

Contribute to the practice through design, technical and management Support the delivery of strategic design projects Manage workflow scheduling, project management, and team development Initiate and assist with business development, execute key stakeholder management, and maintain strong client relationships Assist in recruitment processes to develop team as the practice grows  Identify emerging markets and new business opportunities

Skills and Experience

Significant leadership experience across public and private sectors, through all stages Exceptional concept and design development experience Key stakeholder management and client relationship development abilities Strong leadership, mentoring and collaboration skills Ability to write proposals, win and manage work Clear understanding of urban design, pubic realm and landscape architecture principles A hunger for continued development, research and innovation put into practice
