Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Associate Director of Project Management to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing and directing multiple complex projects across the organization, ensuring their successful delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints.

Lead and mentor a team of project managers, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluationsDevelop and implement project management strategies, methodologies, and best practices across the organizationOversee the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale, complex projectsCollaborate with senior leadership to align project goals with overall business objectivesManage project portfolios, prioritizing resources and resolving conflicts between projectsConduct regular project reviews and risk assessments, implementing mitigation strategies as neededDevelop and manage project budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost controlFoster strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teamsDrive continuous improvement initiatives within the project management functionEnsure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferredProject Management Professional (PMP) certification required; additional certifications (e.g., PRINCE2, Scrum Master) preferred8+ years of project management experience, including 3+ years in a senior project management roleProven track record of successfully delivering large-scale, complex projectsStrong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira)Advanced Microsoft Office skillsExcellent leadership and team management abilitiesOutstanding communication and interpersonal skillsStrategic thinking and problem-solving capabilitiesExpertise in risk management, budgeting, and financial planningIn-depth knowledge of industry best practices and standardsFamiliarity with regulatory requirements in relevant sectorsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentStrong analytical and organizational skillsWillingness to travel as required for project oversight
