Associate Director-Regional Key Accounts

Key Responsibilities ​

Develop hospital listing and NRDL and access maintenance strategy in responsible region to drive business target (30%)Regular field visit with KAMs to provide coaching and further capability development (30%)Build relationship with decision makers and key influencers (hospital president, pharmacy director etc.) in key hospitals, local medical association and pharmacy association to build up strategic cooperation with target hospitals (20%)Plan and lead KAMs to Implement regional programs (10%)Provide daily supervision to build a highly effective and efficient team (10%)

Qualification/Requirements

Bachelor degree or above, good English is preferred•More than 5 years of KA work experience, or more than 3 years of front-line KA management experience•or more than 3 years of second-line management experience•Excellent performance and result-oriented•Build relationships with internal and external key customers to achieve win-win solutions•Professional Competence (Hospital Access Strategy, Policy Interpretation, Industry Dynamics, Coaching)•Ability to analyze and plan and integrate resources•Team Management & Talent Development•Motivate and empower•Strategic thinking, change management•Be proactive and do everything you can to achieve results•Passionate about team and people growthHigh level of ownership and teamwork•Have a keen sense of compliance•Identify with Eli Lilly's values and business model
