Associate Director - Sales Enablement
Zycus, a pioneer in cognitive procurement, is seeking an experienced Head of Sales, BD, and marketing Enablement to drive global initiatives that empower our sales teams with cutting-edge tools, enablement strategies, and insights. This strategic role requires a blend of leadership, creativity, and technical proficiency to drive Zycus’ vision forward in the AI-powered Source-to-Pay (S2P) space.About the RoleIn this role, you will be responsible for developing and training our Sales and Revenue generating functions and contribute in the following areas:Sales Enablement Leadership: Design and execute enablement programs for global, multicultural sales teams, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and tools to excel in B2B SaaS sales. Provide onboarding support, continuous learning programs and certifications to certify sales teams. Build programs to review sales alignment to corporate objectives and provide ratings for their calls and pitches. Implement and optimize a modern sales enablement tech stack including tools like Clari, Showpad, Avoma/Chorus, Outreach, and Salesforce CRM. Enable sales teams to leverage AI-powered solutions and tools for smarter decision-making and process automation.Business Development Strategy: Lead change management initiatives to drive the adoption of new technologies and processes across geographies. Provide ongoing Onboarding support, continuous learning programs and periodic assessment and certifications.Sales and Marketing Alignment: Partner with product marketing to ensure seamless alignment of content to sales objectives. Build innovative tools and workflows that enhance sales and marketing collaboration, leveraging AI agents and new-age technologies.Product and Solution Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of Zycus’ AI-powered S2P solutions and train teams to effectively position and communicate value propositions to prospects and customers. Serve as a thought leader in the AI and SaaS sales enablement space, driving creativity and experimentation.Team and Change Management: Lead and mentor a diverse team, fostering a culture of innovation, curiosity, and results-driven performance. Manage global, multicultural teams with sensitivity and adaptability, driving alignment across regions.Experimentation and Innovation: Explore, experiment with, and implement cutting-edge tools, including AI-driven agents and other automation solutions, to enhance the sales enablement function. Continuously innovate to improve the buyer journey and sales efficiency.
