Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Team Lead to manage our Digital Solution Delivery team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the run, grow, and transformation of distribution solutions across all channels, including advisor, banca, broker, and digital direct channels. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and the ability to balance platform stability with business growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team responsible for the maintenance, enhancement, and transformation of digital distribution solutions.Ensure platform stability and maintain top performance across all distribution channels.Oversee the delivery of new products to support business growth initiatives.Collaborate closely with various business and technical stakeholders, including product teams, distribution teams, product owners, offshore development teams, and vendors.Align delivery priorities with business aspirations and manage stakeholder expectations.Develop and implement strategies to improve system efficiency, scalability, and user experience.Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in digital solution delivery.Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.Identify and mitigate risks associated with solution delivery and implementation.Foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.10+ years of experience in digital solution delivery, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.Strong understanding of digital distribution channels in the financial services or insurance industry.Proven track record of successfully managing complex IT projects and teams.Excellent knowledge of software development methodologies, preferably Agile/Scrum.Strong technical background with understanding of modern web technologies and cloud platforms.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.Demonstrated ability to balance technical requirements with business needs.Experience in vendor management and working with offshore development teams.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.Desired Skills:
Certifications in project management (PMP, Prince2) or Agile methodologies (Scrum Master, SAFe).Experience with digital transformation initiatives in large organizations.Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements in the financial services industry.Familiarity with Point of Sale (PoS) application and B2C digital direct sales platform.Experience in insurance distribution channels and sales journey.This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead a crucial team in driving digital innovation and growth within our organization.
