Work with different functions to implement and enhance brokerage / sales support process.
Identify the brokerage admin and sales support improvement areas, plan and streamline of client centric process.
Identity broker’s specific needs and provide customized sales support services for business development teams.
Drive and ensure the execution of “ease of doing business” initiatives.
Develop measures to track the team’s effectiveness, oversee the sales support team’s performance and maximize sales impact.
Assist the team to provide quality case advisory technically, follow up thru NB applications from screening document to issuance.
Support add hoc assignments and different projects.

Bachelor degree holderAt least 8 years experience in partnership distribution/ brokerage channelsStrong interpersonal and problem solving skillsStrong organizing and management skillsStrong communication skillsGood written and spoken English/ Chinese and CantoneseGood business sense with winning attitude
